TalkTalk Group  - Interim Group HR Director

Restructuring & rebuilding the multi-site HR team (75 strong), after Tiscali acquisition and implementing the ambitious change agenda to support the demerger of the TalkTalk Group (including New HRIS & Outsourced Payroll; HR Portal & new HR processes.)

Implementing Global Engagement Survey - worldwide

BP Alternative Energy - HR Transition Consultant                                          Facilitated HR planning process to transition Alternative Energy Divisional HR teams into Business Units 

BP Biofuels - Employer Brand/EVP Consultant                                                  Facilitated BP Biofuels Employee Value Proposition process to support business growth goals in complex mulit-national JV structures.

2007 - 2008

BP Group Resourcing - Consultant                                                               Employee Value Proposition Consultant, developing an EVP toolkit for the use of HR leads in business units across BP.

Consort Medical plc- Interim HR Director                                                            Joined Leadership team after departure of HRD. Facilitated OD process and business  restructure following major customer's withdrawal of product from market, closing 50% of UK operation. Reviewed US business HR function. Designed and implemented new performance review and annual pay review process to drive performance.

Tiscali - Interim HR Director                                                                                Joined leadership team after departure of HRD.  Picked up and led post-merger integration of Video Networks business including building one HR team, employee communication strategy & launching Employee Consulation Board & Employee Intranet, & undertaking a total review and harmonisation of reward & terms and conditions.  Undertook HR due diligence for Pipex acquisition and recruited and put in place integration team.

2006

Symbian Software - Interim HR Director                                                                   Tracy joined the Executive team after they had had a year long fruitless search for an HRD, revised the search and recruited a permanent HRD. Delivered Values project and participated in evaluation of asian expansion options which led to decision to opt for China.

Cable & Wireless - Interim Head of HR Operations                                               Supporting Operations Director and leading Operations HR team through business restructure and integration process post-Energis acquisition.
